When Eddie Brock bonds with Venom, he becomes a powerful and resilient being with superhuman physical abilities, including incredible strength, endurance, agility and speed. Venom can also regenerate damaged body parts, making him very difficult to kill.
Venom's personality is a key part of his character, as the symbiote has a voice of his own and often has an internal dialogue with Eddie Brock. Although he sometimes fights Brock for control of his body, Venom generally acts as a protector of his host and those whom Eddie loves.
